BLACKWOOD – Sara Woldoff, a Ph. D. with more than 10 years of experience providing assessment service, will be speaking at Camden County College about bullying.

The event will be held in the Connecter Building in the Civic Hall room on the Blackwood campus on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010. It will start at 6 p.m. and end around 9 p.m.

She will also be talking about bullying and services that can be provided for the children affected. Other topics that will be mentioned are individual treatment, family therapy and parent training for families with children on the autism spectrum.

The presentation will educate people about bullying with an emphasis on children with Asperger Syndrome and high-functioning autism. Stratagies to prevent and manage bullying within the school environment may also be mentioned.

The lecture is being offered through The Center for Neurological and Neurodevelopment. One must register to get in and it is free.
