  1. I agree with the author, record shops are becoming an endangered species. Now, finding record shops with a physical presence are becoming scarce. Remember tower records, they no longer exist. Also, I fear that as the number of record shops close, it will only make the media divide grow larger. There are people that still read printed newspapers, watch TV, communicate in person and shop in-store. Now, people are being forced to read papers online, view TV online, communicate online and shop online as a result of a growing online presence.
