Sensei Duarte Monteiro is the head of the “Zen Martial Arts & Fitness” academy. For over 30 years Monteiro has trained and in various martial arts disciplines from Japan, Thailand, Brazil, Korea, and Israel. After years of fighting competitively, Monteiro traveled the world to learn other styles and later opened his own school to teach.
